The was built over the fuel farm and refuelling installation at the American Naval Air Station in Cubi Point. The main straight is alongside the Subic Bay International Airport.

Track Length: 2.8km (long course), 800m (short course).

The long course consists of 14 corners, the short course of 7 corners.
