Shah Alam Circuit Batu Tiga 40000 Shah Alam Selangor Darul Ehsan Malaysia Tel: (60)3 550 8788 Fax: (60)3 550 4726 Track Length: 2.295 milesOriginally known as Batu Tiga (or Selangor due to the palace overlooking the circuit), the circuit first opened in 1968 as a 2.1 mile track (see below). The circuit was closed in 1977 after an accident killed six children, although it later reopened after improvements were carried out. The circuit was modified in 1985 with the addition of turn 11 to the present length of 2.295 miles.
