Mesa Marin Raceway PO Box 6217 Bakersfield CA 93386A 0.500 mile oval which opened in April 1977, and closed in October 2005 after the land was sold off for housing development. It consisted of two 17 degree banked corners and 7 degree banked straights, and was where Bill Vukovich III was fatally injured in 1990.
