Kumalo
2.14 miles/3.316km track also known as the James McNeillie Circuit, named
after a Labour politician in South Bulawayo who unsuccessfully stood for
Parliament in the 1948 Southern Rhodesian General Election, and became an
important member of the Bulawayo City Council in the 1950's. McNeillie was
born in Scotland, and emigrated to Rhodesia just after World War 1.
