Marion

First used on the 26th December 1947 as a 3.6 mile street circuit for motorcycle races. A second motorcycle event was held on the 17th April 1948 around a shorter 1 mile circuit around what is now Oakland Park - this event was known as the Marion Miniature TT. Marion is now a suburb of Adelaide.
