Akron-Cleveland Speedway
A 0.5 mile wood oval with banked 45 degree corners built by Paul Turtin. It was
located 7 miles north of Akron in the Northamption Township. It was
operational between the 6th September 1926 and the 28th September 1930,
and gradually disappeared during the Great Depression as it was stolen piece
by piece for building material and firewood.
